1999Formally incorporated as JR & P Industries 21 years ago, the company was founded by their father, Roger.
They started out as manufacturers of system furniture for offices.
2014In 2014, Roger was unfortunately diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.
The brothers–Morgan, Lincoln and Ryan–decided to take over the declining business, determined to continue their father’s legacy.
Understanding the shift in customers’ wants and needs, the brothers had to adapt and restructure the business model. They rebranded the company to Roger&Sons and focused on creating custom bespoke furniture.
PresentThe team makes functional furniture and objects that last and serve a clear purpose — by getting to the root of the issue and solving it from there.
Over the years, the cultivation of sustainability and social responsibility has become core beliefs that drive the team.
Started in 2019, the team spearheaded The Local Tree Project—an initiative that salvages trees that have been felled for urban development. It rehabilitates these abandoned logs by turning them into durable, future-proof objects and furniture.
Roger&Sons is a team of ethical makers and mavericks who craft fine furniture and thoughtful objects. Our work is driven by inquiry, and spans disciplines: furniture, industrial, and product design, as well as woodworking.

We’re a curious blend of old and new. Established carpenters work alongside younger woodworkers, experimenting with modern techniques and pushing the boundaries of what we can build.
