One Holland Village, Singapore
Inspired by the iconic rhythm and language of the surrounding shophouses and streets, One Holland Village launched an Art Bench Design Competition to create outdoor benches from the Tembusu trees that once stood on OHV soil. Running from 2021 to 2022, the competition was open to both the public and designers.
From these submissions, eight winning designs were selected and brought to life. We collaborated closely with the winners, guiding them through the intricate design process to address several key considerations:
